Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses via our online shop at www.k-starshop.de. By submitting an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. 2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract The purchase contract is concluded with: K-Star Shop Email: kontakt@k-starshop.de By clicking the "Order with payment" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or ship the goods. 3. Prices and payment terms All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. Payments are possible via PayPal or the payment methods offered in the shop. 4. Delivery and shipping Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. Delivery times and restrictions are specified on the respective product page. Shipping costs are visible before completing the purchase. 5. Right of withdrawal & return conditions As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Cancellation period The period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) received the goods. Declaration of revocation To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (K-Star Shop, email: kontakt@k-starshop.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). Consequences of revocation If you cancel, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, but not if the goods are returned damaged or incomplete. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice, but not before receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment. Return of goods The goods must be returned within 14 days of the declaration of cancellation. You bear the direct return costs. 6. Special return conditions for K-Pop albums K-Pop albums can only be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the plastic wrap intact. Albums with digital content (e.g. QR codes, downloads) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the packaging has been opened (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code). Albums that are returned opened or damaged are considered used – the refund amount will then be reduced proportionately, as resale as new is no longer possible. Missing components (e.g. photocards, booklets) will also result in a reduction in value or rejection of the return. To submit a claim (e.g., missing contents), an unboxing video is required. We can only review such cases if the unboxing is fully documented. Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept any claims for missing contents. By purchasing an item, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. 7. Retention of title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. 8. Liability We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. We are only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Any further liability is excluded. 9. Data protection Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. 10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law German law applies to all legal relationships, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of our company. 11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the Terms and Conditions.
